Rectangle Mica Bonsai Training Pot – 2 Sizes Available – Superior To Plastic – Won’t break from freezing or dropping like clay, earthenware or ceramic (Exterior Dimensions 9 1/2 x 7 x 3 3/8)

Super Durable Mica Bonsai Pot
Mica pots are the perfect environment for your bonsai’s roots to grow and thrive year round.  Each mica pot is a careful blend of 80% mica, 15% polyethylene and 5% graphite.  Your mica pot is dark brown and looks similar to dark brown clay pots.

Designed For Bonsai
Our mica pots were specifically designed to make your bonsai look good.  Each pot mimics the shape of traditional show style bonsai containers from our formal rectangles to our traditional round drum pots.  Mica bonsai pots are a super durable alternative to any other material including plastics and clays.  Mica pots have the shape and look of show pots without the expense. Mica also has the unique ability to maintain an internal soil temperature that helps to keep roots safe and growing strong. Over the years we have found that Mica works great in all environments from the freezing temperatures of Alaska to the heat of southern Florida.  With mica pots you don’t need to worry about cracks, chips or other problems you find with most other pots as they are virtually indestructible.

You can drill holes into these pots to bring down branches with wire or even cut out a section to train your cascade bonsai.  We offer a variety of shapes and sizes to meet most bonsai needs.  Check out our other Mica pots and get new shoes for your bonsai today!
